Skilled in counseling clients dealing with depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, anxiety, grief, trauma, suicidal ideation, terminal illness, adoption issues, and family or marital challenges. Experienced in interdisciplinary collaboration, family workshop facilitation, crisis support, and community outreach. Additionally served as an online adjunct professor in a Master of Social Work program, mentoring graduate students in culturally responsive social work practices with Hispanic youth and families. Holds both a B.A. and M.A. in Social Work from Boise State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, working with cattle, and traveling with his wife.

Clay is an experienced mental health therapist with 13 years of clinical experience serving individuals and families across Idaho in residential treatment, outpatient clinics, private practice, and therapeutic boarding school settings. Skilled in evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, with specialties in parent-child conflict, depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, addiction, impulsive behaviors, defiance, goal development, and emotional resilience. Extensive experience working with struggling and defiant youth, as well as leading suicide prevention, conflict resolution, and DBT trainings for residential treatment staff. Currently operates Intrinsic Counseling, LLC and Intrinsic Life Coaching, LLC while also counseling at Ryan Hale Counseling. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Brigham Young University–Idaho and a Social Work degree from Walla Walla University, and is passionate about helping clients build resilience, improve relationships, and create meaningful personal change. Clay loves being in the outdoors, especially with his family - whether on his motorcycle, mountain bike, or paragliding, Clay is the happiest when he is moving.

Kate is a compassionate and child-focused social worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Boise State University earned in 2022, with specialized training in play therapy, childhood trauma, autism support, and parent coaching. Over the past three years, has pursued advanced play therapy certification while gaining experience working with foster children and youth from blended families. Trained in integrative approaches for childhood trauma and victims of childhood abuse, and certified in AutPlay® therapy for children with autism. Provides play therapy and parent coaching for children as young as two years old, with experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and other emotional and behavioral challenges through compassionate, developmentally appropriate care. When she is not blessing the lives of the children in the Emmett Community, she is hanging with her husband and Great Danes, Skylar and Ace.

Mary has over 15 years of experience providing trauma-informed, client-centered care. She is skilled in individual, group, and family therapy. Mary has advanced training in attachment-based therapy, emotional intelligence, grief and loss, suicide prevention, dementia care, and trauma-informed approaches. She earned a Master of Social Work from Walla Walla University. Mary has a love for life and God, with life-experiences that provide She loves doing anything and everything as long as it is with her children and grandchildren.

Logan gradated from Northwest Nazarene University with a Master of Social work and brings with him years of experience in victim advocacy, first responder support, trauma-informed care, domestic violence and family abuse intervention, child abuse response, suicide postvention, family support, and crisis intervention. He is committed to helping individuals and families navigate trauma and crisis through empathetic, client-centered care, strong communication, and evidence-based support services, with a passion for strengthening community well-being and resilience. Logan loves everything to do with the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He and his wife reside in New Plymouth and enjoy raising their four children.
Lynn is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker and school counselor with more than 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through school-based counseling, community mental health, and clinical social work services. Experienced in individual and family psychotherapy, social-emotional learning, behavioral intervention, mental health assessment, treatment planning, and service coordination. Currently serves within the Emmett School District as a school counselor, 504 Plan facilitator, and PBIS coordinator, helping students build emotional resilience and academic success. Previous roles with behavioral health agencies and the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare included counseling, quality assurance, provider training, and facilitating evidence-based parenting and trauma interventions. Holds a Master of Social Work from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Arts from The College of Idaho, with advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, restorative practices, and trauma-informed school interventions.

McCall is currently enrolled in the Social Work graduate program at Boise State University and will graduate in December of 2026. She is working at Hale Counseling as an intern in both the clinical side and grant side of the company. She has hands-on experience supporting children and families who have experienced abuse, neglect, and complex trauma. Currently earning her Master of Social Work degree, she is especially interested in play therapy and other child-centered, expressive approaches to healing. McCall values building trust with children through age-appropriate communication, creativity, and play. She is committed to continuing her growth and developing strong clinical skills through supervised practice while supporting children and families with compassion and care.
Matt is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and owns Succeed Mental Health and Wellness. He offers psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing, medication management and Treatment Planning. He is currently serving clients ages 12 and up.
